國立聯合大學教職員電子郵件信箱服務說明

  • 教職員(@nuu.edu.tw)
  1. 登入⌨教職員公務信箱(@nuu.edu.tw)(網頁版)
    登入教職員公務信箱(@nuu.edu.tw)(網頁版)
  2. 本校公務電子郵件信箱為@nuu.edu.tw結尾(校內伺服器)。
  3. 預設密碼為身份證字號,含英文字母。
  4. 新申請者請先至 ⌨單一認證入口及電子郵件信箱密碼變更  變更密碼後才能登入使用信箱。

  • 教職員(@o365.nuu.edu.tw):
  1. 本信箱為微軟M365服務項目之一,詳情請參考⌨微軟M365服務說明
  2. 登入⌨微軟M365電子信箱(@o365.nuu.edu.tw),登入時帳號輸入完整的郵件位置(帳號@o365.nuu.edu.tw)。

  3. 預設密碼為身份證字號,含英文字母。
  4. 變更預設密碼或密碼,請至 ⌨M365密碼變更網站 (因應資安作為,僅開放校內IP連線)(密碼變更後請等待約30分鐘同步時間)。
  5. 本信箱密碼與以@o365.nuu.edu.tw登入之系統(包含M365 、TEAMS跟OFFICE365等服務)相同,如果變更本信箱密碼,(需)請重新登入上述網站及服務。
  6. 本密碼不與電子郵件(@nuu.edu.w)及SSO單一認證等系統同步。
  7. 忘記密碼,請攜帶教職員證或身分證件親至資訊處;或填寫⌨表單(請附上身分證明文件圖檔);或⌨服務窗口系統(請附上職員證或身分證明文件圖檔)進行預設密碼還原。

    1. 教職員於2025年1月前退休,未申請保留@nuu.edu.tw公務信箱者,請攜帶服務證明文件與身分證件親至資訊處;或填寫⌨表單(請附上服務證明與身分證明文件圖檔),申請@gm.nuu.edu.tw帳號。

國立聯合大學學生電子郵件信箱服務說明

  • 學生(@o365.nuu.edu.tw)
  1. 學生信箱使用⌨微軟M365教育版信箱。登入時帳號請輸入 學號@o365.nuu.edu.tw  完整的郵件地址。
  2. 預設密碼是身分證號後9碼,不含英文字母,並請先變更預設密碼後使用。
  3. 變更預設密碼或變更密碼,請至使用 ⌨M365密碼變更網站  (因應資安作為,僅開放校內IP連線)(密碼變更後請等待約30分鐘同步時間)。
  4. 忘記密碼,請攜帶學生證或身分證件親至資訊處;或填寫⌨表單(請附上學生證或身分證明文件圖檔);或⌨服務窗口系統(請附上學生證或身分證明文件圖檔)進行預設密碼還原。
  5. 本信箱密碼不與數位學園等系統同步。
  6. 學生不提供Google教育版申請。

阻擋垃圾郵件

  1. 資訊處已建置垃圾郵件阻擋系統,可以將疑似垃圾郵件信件阻隔於主機上,不傳送到您的信箱,減少信箱內垃圾郵件的數量。
  2. 系統自動於每天8:30、12:00、16:30、22:00四個時段寄送通知信,告知阻擋於過濾主機上的信件。若有誤判的信件,可點按接收,將所要的信件收取到您的信箱中。

 

NUU Faculty & Staff Email Services

  • Faculty & Staff (@nuu.edu.tw):

  2. The university's official email address ends with @nuu.edu.tw (hosted on campus servers).
  3. The default password is your National ID number (including the English letter).
  4. New applicants must visit the ⌨SSO & Email Password Change  page to change their password before logging in.

  1. This mailbox is part of the Microsoft M365 service. For details, please refer to the ⌨Microsoft M365 Service Guide.
  2. Login to ⌨Microsoft M365 Email (@o365.nuu.edu.tw). When logging in, enter your full email address as the username (Account@o365.nuu.edu.tw).

  3. The default password is your National ID number (including the English letter).
  4. To change your default password or update your password, please visit the ⌨M365 Password Change Site (Accessible from campus IP addresses only for security reasons) (Please allow approximately 30 minutes for synchronization after changing).
  5. This password is the same for all services logged in via @o365.nuu.edu.tw (including M365, Teams, and Office 365). If you change this password, you must re-login to the aforementioned services.
  6. This password is NOT synced with the official email (@nuu.edu.tw) or the SSO system.
  7. If you forget your password, please bring your Faculty/Staff ID or National ID to the Office of Information Technology in person; or fill out the ⌨Online Form (attach a photo of your ID); or use the ⌨Service Desk System (attach a photo of your ID) to request a default password reset.
  • Faculty & Staff (@gm.nuu.edu.tw):

    2. For storage limits and usage instructions, please refer to the ⌨Google Service Guide.
    3. This service is provided free of charge by Google. Password management cannot be performed through university systems.
    4. If you forget your password, please bring your Faculty/Staff ID or National ID to the Office of Information Technology in person; or fill out the ⌨Online Form (attach a photo of your ID); or use the ⌨Service Desk System (attach a photo of your ID) to request a default password reset.
  • Retired Faculty & Staff (@gm.nuu.edu.tw):
    1. Faculty and staff who retired before January 2025 and did not apply to retain their @nuu.edu.tw official email must bring their Certificate of Service and National ID to the Office of Information Technology in person; or fill out the ⌨Online Form (attach a photo of the certificate and ID) to apply for a @gm.nuu.edu.tw account.

NUU Student Email Services

  • Student (@o365.nuu.edu.tw):
  1. Students use the ⌨Microsoft M365 Education Email. When logging in, please enter the full email address: StudentID@o365.nuu.edu.tw.
  2. The default password is the last 9 digits of your National ID number (excluding the English letter). Please change the default password before first use.
  3. To change your default password or update your password, please visit the ⌨M365 Password Change Site  (Accessible from campus IP addresses only for security reasons) (Please allow approximately 30 minutes for synchronization after changing).
  4. If you forget your password, please bring your Student ID or National ID to the Office of Information Technology in person; or fill out the ⌨Online Form (attach a photo of your ID); or use the ⌨Service Desk System (attach a photo of your ID) to request a default password reset.
  5. This email password is NOT synced with E-Learning (E-Campus) or other systems.
  6. Google Education accounts are not available for students.

Spam Blocking

  1. The Office of Information Technology has implemented a spam blocking system. Suspected spam emails are blocked on the server and not delivered to your inbox, reducing the amount of junk mail you receive.
  2. The system automatically sends a notification email at 8:30, 12:00, 16:30, and 22:00 daily, listing the emails blocked on the filtering server. If a legitimate email is incorrectly blocked, you can click "Receive" (or Release) in the notification to deliver it to your inbox.
