Spam Blocking
The Office of Information Technology has implemented a spam blocking system. Suspected spam emails are blocked on the server and not delivered to your inbox, reducing the amount of junk mail you receive.
The system automatically sends a notification email at 8:30, 12:00, 16:30, and 22:00 daily, listing the emails blocked on the filtering server. If a legitimate email is incorrectly blocked, you can click "Receive" (or Release) in the notification to deliver it to your inbox.
