資訊處服務窗口可申請資訊相關服務,包含電腦安裝設定、電腦中毒、網頁連結、網路不通、申請IP、申請帳號、印表機問題、郵件問題、其他、校務系統問題(操作、資料庫或功能開發)已及網路電話等服務。

  1. 進入⌨服務窗口系統
  2. 服務窗口系統配合個資保護辦法,只接受公務郵件及公務電話(校內分機),請勿填寫其他資料,非本校公務用者逕行刪除,不予回覆。
  3. 電子公文系統請洽⌨總務處文書組;數位學園請洽⌨圖書館
  4. 不提供密碼破解服務。不協助安裝非法軟體或破解版。
  5. 如為實體主機或軟體安裝需求,則請申請單位先提出申請單後依業務承辦人指示自行將電腦或筆電送至資訊處
  6. 電腦重灌請填⌨紙本電腦重灌申請單後,與電腦一起送至資訊處。作業時間依OS版本、軟體數量及資訊處任務安排不等,請於送修時與承辦人確認。
  7. 服務申請單經承辦人處理後,系統會寄送評鑑通知給申請人。服務評鑑僅為服務已處理,並非申請通過,詳細處理請況請點入服務申請單內查看。

電腦安裝設定

全校授權軟體異常排除或電腦設定問題、校務資訊系統安裝協助等。

電腦中毒

使用相關掃毒軟體進行清除或掃描。但由於資訊處軟硬體設備有限,無法保證成效與時效。中毒電腦建議採低階格式化後重灌。(⌨重灌請填紙本申請單)

網頁連結

變更校總網連結點或系統連結變更。

網路不通

辦公室網路異常或跳脫。

申請IP

各學系院IP已分派至各單位,如為老師公務需求,敬請先聯繫系院助理
其餘公務需求則洽⌨網路服務組相關業務承辦人

申請帳號

資訊處各項服務帳號申請(RPAGE帳號申請需主管核章,故請送⌨紙本

印表機問題

僅提供一般印表機設定服務。如有驅動異常或硬體故障則請洽印表機廠商。

The IT Service Desk accepts requests for IT-related services, including computer installation/settings, virus handling, web link updates, network connection issues, IP applications, account applications, printer issues, email issues, others, administrative system issues (operation, database, or function development), and VoIP services.

  1. Enter the ⌨IT Service Desk System.
  2. In compliance with personal data protection regulations, the Service Desk System only accepts official emails and official phone numbers (campus extensions). Please do not enter other personal information. Requests using non-official contact details will be deleted immediately and will not receive a response.
  3. For the Electronic Document System, please contact the ⌨General Affairs Division, Documentation Section; for E-Learning (E-Campus), please contact the ⌨Library.
  4. We do not provide password cracking services. We do not assist with the installation of illegal software or cracked versions.
  5. For physical server or software installation requests, the requesting unit must submit a request form first and then, following the case officer's instructions, deliver the computer or laptop to the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in person.
  6. For computer reformatting, please fill out a ⌨paper Reformatting Application Form and send it to OIT along with the computer. Processing time varies depending on the OS version, software quantity, and OIT's schedule. Please confirm with the staff upon delivery.
  7. After the request is processed, the system will send an evaluation notification to the applicant. The service evaluation indicates that the service has been processed, not necessarily that the application was approved. Please click into the service request to view the detailed status.

Computer Installation & Settings

Troubleshooting campus-licensed software, computer setting issues, or assistance with administrative information system installation.

Computer Virus

Scanning or removal using relevant antivirus software. However, due to limited hardware and software resources at OIT, we cannot guarantee effectiveness or turnaround time. It is recommended to perform a low-level format and reformat infected computers. (⌨For reformatting, please fill out a paper form)

Web Links

Updates to main university website links or system link changes.

Network Connection Issues

Office network abnormalities or disconnections.

IP Application

IPs have been allocated to each college and department. For official faculty needs, please contact your department assistant first.
For other official requirements, please contact the ⌨Network Services Section staff.

Account Application

Application for various OIT service accounts. (RPAGE account applications require a supervisor's approval/seal, so please submit a ⌨paper form).

Printer Issues

We only provide general printer setting services. For driver abnormalities or hardware failures, please contact the printer vendor.

Email Issues

Issues regarding the official university email.

Others
