網路電話

  • 個人話機操作說明:

  1. 型號:9971(影像話機) (⌨操作說明)
  2. 型號:7911G(一般話機) (⌨操作說明)

  • 網路電話報修:

  1. 網路電話報修請至( ⌨資訊處服務窗口系統 )填寫服務申請單。
  2. 服務申請單請協助填寫:公務連絡電話(分機或手機)、申請方式:線上申請、申請服務類型:網路電話、問題描述:請參考範例。
  3. 問題描述範例:

    報修內容 問題描述範例
    更改話機人員名稱 分機號碼 "XXXX" 因人員異動,請協助將人員名稱 "OOO" 更改為 "XXX"。
    話機使用異常 分機號碼 "XXXX" 如:通話中會突然斷線、拿起話筒無法撥號及接聽、話機螢幕顯示"乙太網路中斷"、話機螢幕沒畫面且無法使用...等,遇到問題請詳細說明。
    分機全轉至手機 分機號碼 "XXXX" 因公務需求需開通全轉至手機權限。
    ※備註:開通權限後,每全轉到手機的通話都會計費,可接受通話計費在申請。
    無法代接同仁電話 分機號碼 "XXXX" 設定代接 "XXXX、XXXX、XXXX、..." 分機號碼。
    語音信箱密碼忘記 分機號碼 "XXXX" 聽取語音信箱密碼忘記,請協助還原預設密碼。
    ※備註:還原後預設密碼為 "0000" ,第一次使用請分機直撥 "4699" 依語音指示變更密碼,變更後請記住您的密碼。

  • 個人話機查詢系統:

  1. 進入 (⌨ 個人話機查詢系統 ) 系統,輸入分機號碼:XXXX(分機號碼四碼)、語音信箱密碼:(聽取語音信箱密碼)。
    ※備註:密碼與分機直撥 "4699" 相同,如忘記密碼請依報修問題描述範例填寫資訊處服務申請單,第一次使用請分機直撥 "4699" 依語音指示變更密碼,變更後請記住您的密碼。
  2. 個人話機通話紀錄查詢。
  3. 個人話機語音信箱聽取留言。

  • VoIP Repair Request:

  1. To report a VoIP issue, please visit the ( ⌨IT Service Desk System ) to fill out a service request form.
  2. When filling out the form, please provide: Contact Number (Extension or Mobile), Application Method: Online, Service Type: VoIP, Problem Description: Please refer to the examples below.
  3. Examples of Problem Descriptions:

    Issue Type Description Example
    Change Display Name Extension "XXXX" has a personnel change. Please change the display name from "OOO" to "XXX".
    Phone Malfunction Extension "XXXX": Disconnects during calls, no dial tone/cannot answer when picked up, screen displays "Ethernet Disconnected", or blank screen/unresponsive... etc. Please describe the issue in detail.
    Forward All Calls to Mobile Extension "XXXX" requires call forwarding to mobile for official business.
    ※Note: Enabling this feature will incur charges for every forwarded call. Please only apply if you accept these charges.
    Cannot Pick Up Colleague's Calls Extension "XXXX" needs to be set up to pick up calls for extensions "XXXX, XXXX, ...".
    Forgot Voicemail Password Extension "XXXX": Forgot voicemail password, please reset to default.
    ※Note: The default password after reset is "0000". Please dial "4699" to change your password upon first use. Please memorize your new password.

  • Personal Phone Inquiry System:

  1. Log in to the (⌨ Personal Phone Inquiry System ). Enter Extension Number: XXXX (4 digits) and Voicemail Password.
    ※Note: The password is the same as the one used when dialing "4699". If you forget it, please submit an IT Service Request following the example above. For first-time use, dial "4699" to set up your password.
  2. Check personal call history.
  3. Listen to voicemail messages.
