推廣使用開放文件格式（ODF） Promotion of Open Document Format（ODF）

為促進電子文件格式的開放與標準化，本校配合數位發展部政策鼓勵師生使用支援 ODF（Open Document Format）格式之自由軟體，如 ODF文件應用工具(數位發展部提供)、LibreOffice 等。
To promote openness and standardization in electronic document formats, our university is following the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ policy to encourage the use of free software that supports the ODF (Open Document Format). This includes tools such as the ODF Document Application Tool (provided by the Ministry of Digital Affairs) and LibreOffice.
ODF 為國際通用標準，具備跨平台、可長期保存、免授權費等優勢，特別適合在學術與公務文件環境中使用。
ODF is an internationally recognized standard with advantages such as cross-platform compatibility, long-term preservation, and no licensing fees, making it particularly suitable for academic and administrative document environments.
透過使用 ODF，不僅有助於避免因格式相容性問題造成的困擾，也能降低對特定廠商軟體的依賴，落實數位自主與永續原則。
By using ODF, you can avoid issues caused by format incompatibility and reduce reliance on specific proprietary software, thereby supporting principles of digital autonomy and sustainability.
